Contra Dance!
You heard about the last one.... Join us in June for another high voltage barn dance in Slocan City at the Legion (aka The Silvery Slocan Social Centre)! We are very excited to bring the supreme Kootenay Kontra Band from Nelson out to the valley again for this event. In Contra dance, a caller, working live musicians playing jigs and reels, guides new and experienced dancers through a variety of dances. Dave Cornelius from Rossland will be coming out to be our caller for this event. No partner or experience is necessary.
